All products purchased on Carstyle Online can be returned within 7 working days by recorded delivery for a full refund minus postage costs incurred by Carstyle.

If an item is faulty you must notify Carstyle Online first before sending the item back for inspection. Email customerservice@carstyleonline.co.uk.

Refunds will usually happen up to 7 working days after confirmation of receiving the items although could take up to 28 days depending on the item being returned and other exceptional circumstances.

Carstyle is pleased to announce that we provide this returns policy in addition to your own statutory rights.

Carstyle retain the right (in certain circumstances) to return faulty items to the manufacturer for inspection before a refund or exchange is offered.
