Expect delivery within 3 to 5 working days between 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday*
*Delivery to certain post codes will be through Royal Mail & will therefore incur an extra day delivery time.
Please allow 5 – 8 working days for delivery to the following postcodes:
Inverness - IV, KW, PH, HS, AB, ZE, DD, FK, TD, PA, KA, DG, IM, BT

Delivery Destinations
Delivery of all UK orders is to addresses in the UK highlands and islands, England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales. Please note this also includes the Channel Islands.
Please note at present we are unable to deliver to British Forces Post Offices.

Delivery process
To protect our customers from fraudulent credit card use, all orders are subject to security screening and if any irregularities are found, the order may not be processed. If there is no-one at home, the carrier will deliver the parcel to your nearest post office & leave a Customer Contact Card with details of where the parcel can be collected. When collecting a parcel from the post office you must present the Customer Contact Card along with photographic ID to claim the parcel.
